Holtec International is on the verge of doing something that’s never been done before in the nuclear sector: bringing the Palisades nuclear plant back to life.
But that’s not the only groundbreaking work happening there.
The company also plans to build its first two advanced small modular reactors at the plant by the mid-2030s to nearly double the clean power generation at the site.
