2023 Year in Review
2023 was a big year for FEMP. We went through an organizational realignment, launched a LinkedIn account, received a huge increase in AFFECT funding, set new records for training hours and CEUs provided, celebrated dozens of federal employees and students who work hard to further our nation’s climate goals, and much more.

AFFECT Updates
Phase 1 selections will be announced in January 2024!
As part of DOE’s commitment to funding impactful federal projects, FEMP will be requesting feedback from current and prior AFFECT applicants. This feedback, questions received about the federal agency call (FAC), and lessons learned will inform potential modifications to subsequent phases.
Stay tuned for additional opportunities to share your feedback, attend webinars, and more.
Send all questions about this AFFECT FAC to AFFECTBIL@hq.doe.gov, and visit the Clean Energy Infrastructure Exchange for more information.
