The Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation will host a webinar featuring Ms. Mary Kathryn Robinson, the Director for Contract Policy in Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC).

In this session, Ms. Robinson will highlight key aspects of the Other Transactions (OT) Guide, published by Defense Pricing and Contracting. Attendees will gain insights into how prototype and production OTs are managed and executed, with a focus on the best practices for consortium-based OT agreements.

This webinar is tailored for members of Defense Manufacturing Communities, as well as other Department of Defense (DoD) partners, including those in industry, academia, other federal agencies, and state and local governments. It is designed to provide valuable information on OT best practices and the DoD's strategy for utilizing OT authority effectively.

The webinar will be hosted on the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation's webpage on July 30, 2024, at 3 p.m. EST (Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program | Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (oldcc.gov)).
