OLDCC Rolling out DocuSign on Thursday, August 31st

U.S. Department of Defense Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation

Dear OLDCC Grantee Community,

OLDCC is pleased to announce that we will incorporate DocuSign into our Grants Portal, starting August 31st with the Grant Agreement signing process.

DocuSign is a recognized industry leader in digital signature and makes the process simple and fast. Once installed, you will no longer be required to print, manually sign, and scan the Grant Agreement. You will now receive an email that will take you directly to DocuSign where your signature will be electronically recorded, and the Grant Agreement will be automatically returned to the OLDCC Grants Portal.

The Grants Portal will undergo a short period of system maintenance from 7 PM to 9 PM August 31st while we complete the installation. You will not be required to download any additional software to use DocuSign.

We think this will be a great improvement and greatly reduce the time to complete the award process. Below are links that will help you better understand the signing process and how to print a document.
