Take the EFMP Survey Today |
|
If you are a service member with a dependent enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program, you’ll receive an email invitation from the Office of People Analytics with a ticket number to take the first-ever EFMP survey.
The EFMP Survey gives you an opportunity to tell us about your experiences with EFMP so we can continue to build on what is working well and address concerns. In addition, the survey will ask for feedback on services outside the scope of EFMP so we can understand how these supports are — or aren’t — working for you.
Your survey responses will be kept confidential but will be used by the Office of Special Needs to help guide future improvements, impacting your family and the military community.
Service members with a family member enrolled in EFMP will receive the email invitation from OPA, but the whole family is encouraged to participate. You can take the survey on a computer, tablet or smartphone in about 15 minutes.
Active-duty service members who are enrolled in EFMP but do not receive an email invitation can still participate in the survey. These users can visit dodsurveys.mil, click the "Click Here" button below the question "Don't have a ticket number?" and then enter their DOD ID number and date of birth to take the survey.
