It’s National Scholarship Month! Through My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA), DoD offers eligible MilSpouses financial assistance for professional licenses, certifications and associate degrees necessary for employment. As of Oct. 1, all spouses of enlisted service members on Title 10 orders and spouses of warrant and commissioned officers up to the ranks of W-3 and O-3 are eligible.
