Good day,
On September 22, 2025, the DC3 Cyber Training Academy updated how courses are delivered to simplify the enrollment process, with improved access to resources for
in-residence, instructor-led virtual (ILV), and on-demand courses.
What Changed?
-
Learning Management System: the migration to the new Learning Management System (LMS) is complete.

Course Catalog: view upcoming courses without having to login to the LMS.

Simplified login: use one secure account for all training resources.

Improved security: Okta provides enhanced protection of student information.

Enhanced learning experience: the new LMS offers a modern, user-friendly platform.

Transcripts: past transcripts will be accessible in the new LMS.

Location: in-residence courses will be offered in the new training facility.

What Does This Mean?

Beginning September 22, 2025, all students need to authenticate via https://dcita.okta.mil/signin/register when accessing the new LMS.
Once this has been completed, students will be able to access
the LMS through https://learn.dcita.edu.
- Please refer to the attached “DC3 CTA Okta Registration” document for
step-by-step instructions on authentication and accessing the new LMS.

You must complete the Okta authentication process to access the new LMS, including completing any pending final exams or accessing transcripts.
- All historical information has been migrated to the new LMS. After authentication, students will be able to log in to register for courses and
access resources.
