Reserve medical squadrons amp up training efforts

The Citizen Airmen of the 446th Aeromedical Staging Squadron and the 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron play on different sides of the same coin when they're deployed in the field. While their roles may go hand-in-hand, they've seldom had the opportunity to train together--until today.

On his first visit to the 446th Airlift Wing since his assignment to the in-service recruiting position at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Wash., Master Sgt. Charles Gillespie was pretty impressed.

 

Wing facility managers learn joint base standards

Improperly stored hazardous waste material and failing to recycle were the two most common findings in a recent Joint Base Lewis-McChord environmental assessment of 446th Airlift Wing units.
