Ramstein Airman dies in accident

An Airman assigned to Ramstein Air Base died the evening of March 26 after a motorway accident. Staff Sgt. Grant Davis, a 31-year-old Airman from Delevan, New York., was assigned to the 76th Airlift Squadron.
Sergeant Davis was an Evaluator Communication System Operator serving on board the C-40, C-37 and C-20.
A memorial service will be held Friday, April 1 at 2:00 p.m at the North Side Chapel. The dress is uniform of the day with service dress optional.
"It is truly a tragedy to lose a member of our team. The Mighty 86th, as well as the entire Kaiserslautern Military Community, come together during this time to support Staff Sgt Davis' family and friends," said Brig. Gen. Jon Thomas, 86th Airlift Wing commander. "Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers."
