U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel greets Bruneian Deputy Defense Minister Dato Mustappa at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, June 2, 2013. Hagel participated in bilateral and trilateral talks with defense ministers, and also toured the USS Freedom docked in Singapore.
