Army Staff Sgt. Kenneth Williams hands out sand bags from a cargo truck to support local residents during Hurricane Sandy in Atlantic City, N.J., Oct. 29, 2012. Williams is operating out of the 177th Fighter Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard, located at Atlantic City International Airport, N.J.
