U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta meets with Australian Defense Minister Stephen Smith during a conference of NATO defense ministers and North Atlantic Council members in Brussels, Oct. 9, 2012. Panetta is scheduled to meet with several defense ministers during the two-day event.
