U.S. Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta shakes hands with U.S. Ambassador Julissa Reynoso upon arrival in Montevideo, Uruguay, Oct. 6, 2012. Panetta is visiting South America on a four-day trip to strenghten defense relationships with Western Hemisphere counterparts.
