The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Monterey, Calif., shows an infrared satellite image of Tropical Storm Isaac at 1 a.m. EST, Aug. 28, 2012. Isaac is expected to strengthen into a hurricane and impact the U.S. Gulf Coast.
