Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta and Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton B. Carter have no public or media events on their schedules.

Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin E. Dempsey will deliver remarks at the Harvard John F. Kennedy Jr., Forum at 6 p.m. EDT at the Harvard Kennedy School Library, Cambridge, Mass. Remarks will stream live at jfkjrforum.org .

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert will deliver remarks at the Government Executive Breakfast at 8 a.m. EDT at the National Press Building, Washington, D.C.
