It’s time for BEA’s 2024 Annual Survey of Foreign Direct Investment in the United States (BE-15), a mandatory survey that collects data from U.S. companies in order to produce timely economic statistics. You can now visit https://www.bea.gov/surveys/fdiusurv to view PDF versions of the survey forms, instructions, and to submit the forms via eFile. The latest guidance material, FAQs, and more are also available to help you prepare for filing the survey.

The 2024 BE-15 forms are due May 31, 2025 or June 30th for reports submitted via eFile. Extension requests can be submitted using eFile.
