WASHINGTON – Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officials will conduct a special morning program today at 8:30 a.m. ET to commemorate the events of September 11, 2001. The event will feature remarks by Retired Coast Guard Admiral James Milton Loy, who served as TSA Administrator from 2002 to 2003, TSA Administrator David Pekoske and TSA Acting Deputy Administrator Patricia Cogswell.
