ERO New York City arrests previously deported Mexican citizen convicted of sexual assault of a child

On Nov. 22, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) New York City arrested an unlawfully present Mexican citizen convicted by the Monmouth County Superior Court of New Jersey for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a victim less than 13 years old.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the largest investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security.
