ICE conducts single adult, family unit removal flights Nov. 6
ICE, in coordination with DHS and CBP, facilitated multiple removal flights, including single adults and family units, to Central America and Colombia as part of dozens of other routine ICE removal flights conducted throughout the hemisphere and around the world. Since May 2023, DHS has removed or returned more than 336,000 individuals, including more than 50,000 individual family unit members. 🔗Keep reading

HSI assists Colombian National Police in identifying, capturing 3 organized crime group members suspected of robbing and killing US citizen
On Nov. 4, the Colombian National Police arrested three individuals in connection with the alleged robbing and fatal shooting of a U.S. citizen, Gregory Stewart Owens, in the Marbella neighborhood of Cartagena, Colombia, on Oct. 19.
The arrests were made following a two-week long investigation by HSI Cartagena, Cartagena Metropolitan Police, Colombian National Police and the Colombia Attorney General. 🔗Keep reading
ERO San Antonio removes known Mexican drug cartel leader wanted in Mexico for organized crime
On Nov. 1, ERO San Antonio removed an undocumented noncitizen wanted by authorities in Mexico for organized crime, money laundering and illegal possession of firearms. Deportation officers from ERO San Antonio and ERO Harlingen removed Oscar Arturo Arriola Marquez, 54, from the United States to Mexico. 🔗 Keep reading
HSI Kansas City investigation leads to a former school employee pleading guilty to child porn charge
Following an investigation by HSI Kansas City, a man pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography. The 43-year-old admitted to downloading and receiving videos and images depicting prepubescent children subjected to sex acts. 🔗Keep Reading
ERO Baltimore arrests Mexican national convicted of sexual abuse of Maryland minor
On Nov. 3, deportation officers from ERO Baltimore’s Fugitive Operations Team apprehended an undocumented noncitizen convicted of sex crimes against a Maryland minor. The 37-year-old Mexican national was arrested in Joppa, Maryland. 🔗Keep reading
