ICE conducts single adult, family unit removal flights Oct. 26
ICE, in coordination with DHS and CBP, facilitated multiple removal flights, including single adults and family units, to Central America, Colombia, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica and Peru as part of dozens of other routine ICE removal flights conducted throughout the hemisphere and around the world. Since May 2023, DHS has removed or returned more than 300,000 individuals, including more than 45,000 individual family unit members. 🔗Keep reading

HSI San Diego and human trafficking task force arrest teacher charged with attempted enticement of a minor

ERO New York City arrests Bangladeshi citizen convicted of child sex abuse
ERO New York City arrested a Bangladeshi citizen convicted of sexual abuse of a person less than 14 years old. Fugitive Operations officers apprehended the 40-year-old child predator pursuant to a warrant of arrest in Queens. 🔗Keep reading
Woman sentenced to 10 years for fatal crash that killed noncitizens following HSI Sells, Border Patrol case
An Arizona woman was sentenced on Oct. 20 to 120 months in prison for transporting noncitizens resulting in a death. HSI, Border Patrol and the Tohono O’odham Tribal Police Department investigated the case. Sunshine Michelle Betters, 47, of Tucson, was also sentenced for violating the terms of her release for a prior conviction for transportation of noncitizens. 🔗Keep reading
ERO Philadelphia removes criminal noncitizen wanted in El Salvador for extortion
ERO Philadelphia removed an El Salvadoran citizen with a final order of removal to El Salvador on Oct. 20. The foreign fugitive was wanted by law enforcement authorities in El Salvador for extortion. He had entered the United States without admission or parole by an immigration official on an unknown date at an unknown location. 🔗Keep reading
