ICE announces new process for placing family units in expedited removal
ERO has announced the Family Expedited Removal Management process for family units apprehended at the Southwest Border who intend to apply for asylum or express fear of persecution or torture. HSI investigation results in 40-year sentence for Southern California woman
The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California sentenced Stefani Kasey Marie Stevens, 31, of Yucaipa, California, to 40 years in federal prison May 9 for committing child sexual abuse material crimes, including obtaining custody of an infant for the purpose of producing sexually explicit videos. 🔗Keep reading

HSI Charleston investigation leads to former police chief’s child sex trafficking and obstruction convictions
An investigation by HSI Charleston resulted in a conviction for a former police chief for sex trafficking and obstruction charges. A federal jury convicted Larry Allen Clay Jr., 57, of Fayetteville, West Virginia, for sex trafficking a minor and obstruction of justice after a four-day trial. 🔗Keep reading
