HSI Nogales investigation leads to 24-month prison sentence in firearms trafficking case
A federal judge sentenced a Mexican national to two years in prison and one year of supervised release after an HSI Nogales investigation turned up a cache of weapons and ammunition destined for a buyer in Mexico. Man pleads guilty to human smuggling resulting in child's death after HSI Harlingen investigation
A 30-year-old Mexican citizen pleaded guilty to attempted human smuggling resulting in a child's death after trying to outrun police in a high-speed chase.
