4 Florida men arrested in plot to kill Haitian president
An investigation by Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI has led to the arrest of two U.S. citizens, a legal permanent resident living in South Florida and one U.S. citizen living in Tampa. Mexican citizen sentenced to 9 years for importing fentanyl after HSI Laredo probe
