A federal judge sentenced a high-level Guatemalan cartel boss to 210 months in federal prison. William Estuardo Lemus-Lara was the leader of a transcontinental criminal organization that moved tons of cocaine from South America via maritime smuggling routes to conspirators in northwest Guatemala and Mexico. Nebraska man sentenced for possessing methamphetamines and a firearm following HSI, law enforcement partner investigation
Homeland Security Investigations Kansas City Acting Special Agent in Charge Taekuk Cho and U.S. Attorney Steven Russell announced that a U.S. district judge sentenced Brandon Goodsell, 36, to 210 months in prison.
