Homeland Security Investigations Baltimore seized 55 website domains for illegally livestreaming World Cup matches without FIFA's green light on Dec. 10. Investigators allege that the sites' owners violated FIFA's intellectual property rights to earn ad revenue. Laundromat owners indicted in alleged human trafficking, forced labor and money laundering scheme
A grand jury indicted four people on 33 charges ranging from human trafficking to harboring undocumented noncitizens thanks to intense Homeland Security Investigations scrutiny. Authorities with HSI Norfolk allege that the group forced a 13-year-old to work nights after attending school each day, threatened noncitizens with deportation and physical violence, and forced one of their victims to live in a commercial laundry facility with no access to a kitchen or shower. 🔗Keep reading

Disgraced pastors plead guilty to COVID relief fraud, calling bank employees 'minions of Satan'
Three pastors from the now-defunct Jesus Survives Ministries in Houston entered guilty pleas on bank fraud charges after applying for multiple COVID-relief loans. One pastor threatened, berated and intimidated bank employees for taking too long to approve his fraudulent applications. ERO nabs one of ICE's 10 most wanted fugitives after attempted evasion
Officers with Enforcement and Removal Operations Los Angeles caught a man running from the law in Portland, Maine. A court there indicted the 31-year-old on charges including criminal restraint, aggravated criminal sexual conduct and endangering sexual conduct. After the man absconded, ICE placed him on its most wanted fugitives list, where he remained until officials captured him on Dec. 9. 🔗Keep reading

Child pornography hidden behind a wall leads to Missouri man's indictment
A federal grand jury indicted a 66-year-old Missouri man for using a minor to produce child pornography. The indictment came after construction workers demolishing his state-owned house discovered a filing cabinet containing images of the man assaulting the child. Investigators with Homeland Security Investigations allege that the man used the child to produce pornography for two years. 🔗Keep reading
