HSI Philadelphia investigation leads to 15-year prison sentence for former cop
A deep-dive into a former New Jersey deputy sheriff's online activities uncovered predatory behavior that resulted in a lengthy prison sentence, extended supervision and hefty fines. ERO apprehends 43 noncitizens with criminal convictions in one-week span
Deportation officers with Enforcement and Removal Operations Newark, working with three other agencies, apprehended 43 people convicted of violent felonies and other crimes during the course of a weeklong operation. HSI Albuquerque and police rescue dozens of undocumented noncitizens from stash house
HSI agents and police rescued 69 people — including five unaccompanied minors — from a stash house in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their 35-year-old captor, who packed them into a small residential trailer, wouldn't allow them to leave. The suspect was subsequently charged with human smuggling and hostage-taking and will appear before a federal judge. 🔗Keep reading

12 people charged in conspiracy to monopolize cross-border trade and extort victims

Fugitive on El Salvador's 100 Most Wanted list removed to his home country
Enforcement and Removal Operations Atlanta, ERO El Salvador and the El Salvador Security Alliance for Fugitive Enforcement removed a 24-year-old fugitive wanted in his home country for homicide, conspiracy to commit homicide and aggravated resisting arrest.
