US obtains warrant to seize $45M aircraft owned by Russian energy companyÂ
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas issued a warrant for the U.S. to seize a $45 million aircraft owned by a Russian multinational oil and gas corporation following an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations Houston, FBI Houston and the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security into alleged violations of sanctions imposed on Russia for invading Ukraine. 🔗Keep reading

ICE delivers wanted foreign fugitive to Uzbekistan
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Miami, in coordination with the ERO Removal Division and U.S. Embassy Tashkent, successfully removed a noncitizen to his home country of Uzbekistan. Black Rock of Durga Stele returned to people of Nepal
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. announced the return of the Durga Stele, a 14th century antiquity, to the people of Nepal. For centuries, the piece was recognized in a shrine in the Kathmandu Valley until it was stolen in the 1960s.
