MS-13 member sentenced for racketeering conspiracy involving murder following multi-agency probe
An MS-13 gang member was sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of a 19-year-old in 2015. The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Hudson County Prosecutors Office, the FBI and West New York Police Department with assistance from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Newark field office.  🔗Keep reading

ERO New York removes Pakistani national wanted for murder in home country
U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) New York field office removed a Pakistani fugitive to his homeland, accompanied by ERO officers. Ahmad Bilal Cheema, 42, is wanted for murder in Pakistan. According to Pakistani law enforcement, Cheema, along with two accomplices, allegedly murdered three individuals on or about Nov. 5, 2008. 🔗 Keep reading

Iowa woman sentenced to federal prison for meth conspiracy following HSI, law enforcement partner investigation
A Sioux City, Iowa, woman, who conspired to distribute methamphetamines, was sentenced to 64 months in prison following a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and local law enforcement partner investigation.
