ICE released the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Fiscal Year 2020 annual report Nov. 5. IHSC administers and manages a health care system that provides direct care to nearly 100,000 detainees from 180 different nations housed at 20 designated facilities throughout the nation, including medical, dental, mental health care, and public health services. CHILD EXPLOITATION | Former county constable and city firefighter sentenced for child exploitation
A Kentucky man was sentenced Nov. 2, in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky to serve 420 months in prison for producing child pornography. The investigation was conducted by HSI, the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General, and the Cynthiana Police Department. Read more

NATIONAL SECURITY | US files complaint to forfeit Iranian missiles and sells previously transferred Iranian petroleum
The Justice Department announced the filing of a complaint Oct. 30 to forfeit two shipments of Iranian missiles that the U.S. Navy seized in transit from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to militant groups in Yemen, as well as the sale of approximately 1.1 million barrels of Iranian petroleum that the U.S. previously obtained from four foreign-flagged oil tankers bound for Venezuela. ICE and law enforcement partners investigated the Iranian weapons smuggling network and the illicit shipment of Iranian petroleum. Read more.

ITALIAN ANTIQUITIES | ICE returns 9th century manuscripts, Roman coin to Italy
HSI's Assistant Director for International Operations Patrick J. Lechleitner, returned two 9th century Italian manuscripts and a Roman coin, a Contorniato, during a cultural repatriation ceremony at the Italian Embassy in Washington, D.C. Oct. 29. Read more.
