Managers, supervisors & HR personnel indicted for immigration crimes & other federal crimes stemming from largest single-state worksite enforcement action in nation’s history

Charges include harboring illegal aliens, assisting in representing false citizenship and obtaining false Social Security cards, lying to law enforcement, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft

Indictments were unsealed Thursday against four individuals who were managers, supervisors or human resources personnel at Mississippi-based companies where federal agents with ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed criminal and administrative search warrants in August 2019. REMOVALS | ICE removes Honduran man wanted for murder

ICE is committed to removing fugitive aliens charged with crimes in their home countries so they may face justice

Last week, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers removed an unlawfully present Honduran man wanted by Honduran law enforcement authorities for murder. Saudiel Doblado Carias, 28, was removed to Honduras on an ICE Air charter where he was handed over to Honduran authorities. Read more

NARCOTICS | Multi-agency task force seizes cache of hard narcotics worth over $1 million 

Special agents with HSI continue to investigate circumstances that led to the seizure of almost 400 lbs. of methamphetamine, approximately 10 lbs. of fentanyl powder, about 8 lbs. of fentanyl pills (approximately 30,000 pills) and $55,041 in U.S. currency, resulting in the arrest of 4 people in Phoenix last Thursday.
