A Cleveland man was charged in federal court Monday after allegedly firing at federal agents last week during the service of a federal search warrant. The suspect was charged with one count of assault on a federal officer with a deadly weapon, one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and one count of use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.
