Nicaragua becomes the latest partner in ICE eTD system

Representatives of ICE and the government of Nicaragua recently signed a memorandum of understanding which establishes the Nicaraguan government as a participating partner in the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations’ electronic Travel Document (eTD) system.

Maine resident sentenced after conviction in ICE HSI multiagency firearms trafficking probe

A Maine resident was sentenced to two years in prison, and three years of supervised release, in U.S. District Court for illegally receiving and shipping firearms, following a joint investigation by ICE HSI offices in Bangor and Portland, Department of Commerce, and Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
