ICE El Paso arrests man from India after he completes prison sentence for engaging in criminal sexual activity with a minor

Jerald Peter Dsouza, 58, a citizen of India, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers after he was released from the Reeves County Detention Complex, where he was serving a 10-year sentence for using the internet to solicit a minor, whom he believed to be a 13-year-old girl, to engage in criminal sexual activity.
