Two brothers were arrested following a joint probe by ICE
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office
(MCSO) that led to the seizure of nearly 200 pounds of methamphetamine that had

Francisco Javier Soledad, 24, a resident of the Riverside
County city of Eastvale, was arrested by special agents with ICE HSI on charges
of producing child pornography after allegedly using Snapchat to contact a
13-year-old boy in Illinois and enticing him to send a sexually explicit video.

Three Mexican nationals from northwestern Washington were
sentenced to multiyear prison terms in federal court for violating immigration
laws by harboring a teenager and forcing her to work to pay off her smuggling
fees. The charges resulted from an extensive investigation by ICE HSI and

ZTE Corporation has agreed to enter a guilty plea and pay
a $430,488,798 penalty to the U.S. for conspiring to violate the International
Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). The plea agreement ends a five-year
joint investigation into ZTE’s export practices, which was handled by the DOJ’s
National Security Division, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern
