WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This seminar addresses basic flood insurance issues as well as some more detailed components. At the conclusion of this seminar, attendees with little or no prior NFIP experience will understand how to build a flood insurance policy from the ground up. Topics to be covered include:

Standard Flood Insurance Policy's major coverage areas
FEMA's Elevation Certificate
Grandfather Rating Rules
Increased Cost of Compliance coverage
Preferred Risk Policy
Biggert-Waters Reform Act
And Much More

CONTINUING EDUCATION
This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education credit in Massachusetts. It meets the minimum flood insurance training requirements for this state.
