FEMA GO Virtual Training Webinars
FEMA’s Grant Program Directorate (GPD) will be hosting two training webinars Titled: How to use Login.gov to log in to FEMA GO. The training webinars will be facilitated by GPD’s FEMA GO Training Section and is being offered to prepare external users for the planned integration of FEMA GO with Login.gov.
Starting July 2, 2024, external users of the FEMA GO system will be required to access FEMA GO using login.gov. FEMA employees will continue to access FEMA GO with their PIV-card.
The two training webinars will be held:
- Thursday June 20 2:30 - 3:30 ET
- Wednesday June 26 2:30 - 3:30 ET

The training webinars are limited to 1500 participants. If you are unable to attend the training, the On Demand recorded session will be available at: Connect Event Catalog (cosocloud.com)
The training team will provide key information published in the updated FEMA GO Startup Guide on how to use login.gov to log in to FEMA GO, including:

- New FEMA GO User Account Creation
- Internal FEMA Employees
- Account Scenarios
- Managing Emails
- Managing Email Notifications

- FEMA GO External Users (Non-FEMA employees)
- FEMA GO Internal Users (FEMA Employees)
Delivery Format
The webinar will be delivered online using Adobe Connect. Below are helpful tips to join the meeting:
- The following browsers work the best for Adobe Connect: Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox.
- To access the meeting, you will need the password you created when you registered for the meeting. If you need to reset your password, click the "Forgot password" prompt. Or join the training using this direct link: https://fema.cosocloud.com/femagotraining/.
- Audio will be conducted through your computer. Please ensure your computer volume is turned up and any external speakers are properly connected to your computer.
