1841-Training Bulletin-Private Property and Debris Removal (PPDR) Micro-Brief_2024
Program Description: This 45-minute briefing provides participants with the specific requirements for requesting and conducting debris removal from private property after a presidentially declared disaster. It provides clarifying guidance for the removal of vegetative debris, construction and demolition debris, sand, mud, silt, gravel, rocks, boulders, appliances, and vehicle and vessel wreckage from private property. It also provides clarification of when previously demolished structures may be eligible for Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant funded projects.
