This message is the fourth FEMA GO “Get Ready” communications intended for applicants interested in applying for funding under the FEMA NEHRP State Assistance Grant Program. As a reminder, all FY 2023 FEMA NEHRP applications submitted for funding under Multi-State and National Earthquake Assistance and Individual State Earthquake Assistance are due by 5:00 pm ET on June 7, 2023.

A new video is available to help those looking for guidance on applying for FY 2023 FEMA NEHRP Grant Funding in FEMA Grants Outcomes (FEMA GO). The video may be accessed here FEMA GO ISEA Application - YouTube.
After recording, a system flaw was found in FEMA GO in the Investment Justification category within the Attachments section. The system flaw requires applicants to upload a document to the Investment Justification attachment category to submit the application. Applicants must upload an additional or blank document to complete the application.

FEMA GO Help Desk
The FEMA GO Help Desk Support provides a direct point of contact for users experiencing technical issues with the system. The helpdesk’s hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. In addition, you can call the FEMA GO Help Desk at 877-585-3242 and send an email to femago@fema.dhs.gov.
Upcoming Training Opportunities
The FEMA NEHRP Team invites you to visit the new NEHRP State Earthquake Assistance Workshop page to view and register for upcoming training for applicants specific to the 2023 funding opportunities. Registration for all training opportunities is free and available on FEMA.gov.
