Dear FEMA GO User,

You are invited to participate in a FEMA GO survey. The survey is being conducted to collect your feedback on customer satisfaction, design and usability of the system. Your response to the survey will help improve FEMA GO.

Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will remain completely anonymous. The survey takes anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes to complete. The survey can be completed by visiting the following link:https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZW7SBRQ.
