National Preparedness Month

Ready Games

The FEMA Region 2 National Preparedness Division observed National Preparedness Month by hosting a series of Ready Games.

Every Wednesday, we hosted family friendly games where participants can test their knowledge of emergency management concepts.

Participants learned about preparedness, and meet some new faces in the emergency management scene.

In this email you will find the instructions and files necessary to implement these games with your own community.

Resilience BINGO

Bingo

This Bingo Toolkit guides hosts on how to run a BINGO game that teaches emergency management concepts to the public in a fun way. Each player can access a unique BINGO card and game board online.

This game was built using Bingo Baker. We created an emergency preparedness game that you can use for your own use. Instructions can be found on the Bingo Baker website: https://bingobaker.com/instructions. You can create your own game or use the game we developed.

Preparedness Trivia

This toolkit provides direction on how to run a trivia game for the public that can test a participant’s knowledge on emergency management concepts. This sheet also explains how to access and run the activity on the Mentimeter program.
