A total of $410 million in funding is available for these competitive grant programs. PDM $250 million. FMA $160 million. Application Period. September 30, 2019 – January 31, 2020. Who is eligible for PDM and FMA funding? All 50 States, the District of Columbia, Federally-recognized tribes, and the U.S. Territories. Alaska. Hawaii. American Samoa. Guam.
