USCIS Public Engagement Division: Documents Now Available for Review - USCIS Policy Manual and RFE Templates

New documents are now available for your review and comment. Please follow the instructions below for each.

 

New or Revised Policies in the USCIS Policy Manual

USCIS seeks your input on the USCIS Policy Manual items listed below which contain either new or revised policy guidance. Please note that these items are interim guidance and therefore effective immediately.

• Volume 12 (Effective January 22, 2013) Summary of New and Updated Policies in USCIS Policy Manual, Volume 12: Citizenship and Naturalization (Final date for comments: February 5, 2013)

Please send all comments to opefeedback@uscis.dhs.gov and be sure to include the following:

• State the title of the relevant volume and section in the subject line of your message;
• Refer to a specific portion of the document;
• Explain the reason for any recommended change; and
• Include data, information, or authority that supports the recommendation.

  

Posting Draft Request for Evidence (RFE) Templates

USCIS is requesting public feedback on the following Request for Evidence (RFE) Templates:

• I-129 O-1B Motion Picture and Television Production (Final date for comments: February 5, 2013)
• I-129 O-2 Artist or Athlete (Final date for comments: February 5, 2013)
• I-129 O-2 in the Motion Picture or TV Industry (Final date for comments: February 5, 2013)
• I-129 O-1A Extraordinary Ability in Science, Education, Business, Athletics (Final date for comments: February 5, 2013)
• I-129 O-1B Alien of Extraordinary Ability in the Arts (Final date for comments: February 5, 2013)
