USCIS Public Engagement Division: Deferred Action Data and Revised FAQs

On August 15, USCIS began accepting requests for consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals. USCIS has posted several new frequently asked questions and data to the Web site. The data includes current information on the cumulative number of requests accepted for processing, biometrics appointments scheduled, requests ready for review, and requests completed to date. The new information is available on the www.uscis.gov/childhoodarrivals landing page and www.uscis.gov/data page.
