U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services sent this bulletin at 08/07/2012 09:58 AM EDTThe USCIS National Customer Service Center is expanding its hours to include Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Live agents will now be available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m in each time zone.
