Invitation: Help Shape the USCIS Applicant Experience for I-90, I-751, and I-485
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services sent this bulletin at 01/09/2023 03:13 PM ESTWe want to hear from applicants to gather feedback on their filing experiences for Form I-90 (Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card), I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence), and I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status). USCIS is currently exploring ways to better improve filing services and the online customer experience.
Who can participate
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be an applicant preparing to file, or have filed within the last 12 months, at least one of the following forms:
- I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
- I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (family-based)
- I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
Participation is voluntary and will not affect the outcome of any case(s) you may have pending with USCIS. We will not request any case-specific information as part of this study.
How to participate
Send an email to myuscisfeedback@uscis.dhs.gov with a subject line of “Applicant Feedback Session” and include the following:
- The form(s) you have filed within the last 12 months (I-90, I-485, or I-751)
- A brief description of your experience filing as an applicant. Please include details of any issues encountered or suggestions to make the process easier.
We will randomly select participants who meet the criteria listed above for a one-hour session where we will ask for feedback on proposed enhancements to our applicant processes. This feedback session will not require A-numbers, denial notices, or any case-specific documentation. We will be accepting responses through January 20, 2022.
