E-Verify Monitoring and Compliance Latest

Recently, Monitoring and Compliance (M&C) began requesting Forms I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, in the desk review process. 

M&C contacts E-Verfiy employers by telephone or email to participate in a desk review, where the employer will have the opportunity to provide M&C with E-Verify and related Form I-9 employment verification documents, such as copies of:

  • Forms I-9s
  • E-Verify Case Details page
  • Tentative Nonconfirmation Further Action Notices
  • Referral Date Confirmation Notices
  • Photocopies of required List A documents
  • Any local SOP, training materials and instructions for third-party software.
