There is an easy way to let everyone know that you are using E-Verify to help maintain a legal workforce: request authorization to post the trademarked E-Verify logo on your website and printed materials.

Who can request authorization to use the logo?

 

  • Employers enrolled in E-Verify
  • Business and trade associations; and federal, state, and local government agencies whose purpose is to promote E-Verify
  • Media outlets whose purpose is to use the E-Verify logo to incorporate E-Verify into their media outreach

E-Verify is a registered trademark of the Department of Homeland Security.
