There is an easy way to let everyone know that you are using E-Verify to help maintain a legal workforce: request authorization to post the trademarked E-Verify logo on your website and printed materials.
Visit the Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines webpage for more information and to submit the request.
Who can request authorization to use the logo?
- Employers enrolled in E-Verify
- Business and trade associations; and federal, state, and local government agencies whose purpose is to promote E-Verify
- Media outlets whose purpose is to use the E-Verify logo to incorporate E-Verify into their media outreach
E-Verify is a registered trademark of the Department of Homeland Security.
