SUBJ: HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN
A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST 5000.3B
1. As directed by the President of the United States,
the National Ensign shall be lowered to half-mast as a
mark of respect for the loss of America's Country Music Legend
and renowned philanthropist, Dolly Parton, until sunset on Tuesday,
01 SEP 2026.
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
