Update 2: Coast Guard scheduled to increase port conditions across State of Hawaii

HONOLULU — The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) Honolulu is scheduled to increase port heavy weather conditions for commercial ports of Maui and Hawaii counties at 8 p.m. Aug. 13 and 8 a.m. Aug. 14., due to Tropical Storm Lala.
