A. TELEHEALTH, COMDTINST 6300.3C
1. This ALCOAST announces the publication TELEHEALTH,
COMDTINST 6300.3C in REF (A) as part of the modernization of the
U.S. Coast Guard's Telehealth capabilities.
2. In the coming weeks, detailed information will be released with
process guidance for patients on scheduling and optimizing their
use of these Telehealth capabilities with the platform My Military
Health Scheduled Virtual Visits (MMHSVV).
    a. In June of 2025 MMHSVV became the approved and sole source
for Military Health System (MHS) Genesis Telehealth Capabilities.
    b. The policy in REF (A) aligns with the changes to both Defense
Health Agency (DHA) and C5I Service Center Guidance.
3. Information for Coast Guard medical staff can be found at the
